well it came intact and well packed. it looks and works just fine. it came delivered with screws and screw plugs for the wall. although i agree with everyone its darker than the photos. like brown dark. even though i wrote to the seller to send me the lightest he finds, i still got dark color, so i think this is the only color they have and the photos are just illustration. but anyhow it works fine for my use.

Do not approach this seller!!! I did not receive my order at all.
