Fast delivery (less two weeks). Price is ok (31.4 dollars). It can be integrated to Home Assistant (in my case it is Raspberry + zzh! (MQTT)). Possible problem with install to mounting box with holes in one direction (in my case I drilled two additional holes in the back plate to rotate 0 degrees).

Zigbee functionality is not sufficient at least with integration into zigbee2mqtt. Manual changes are not reflected in the MQTT. It is impossible to track when floor heating was On/Off

Product not working as expected. The internal clock is in one day 10 minutes behind; not usable for program. The zigbee signal is instable and the device is reacting slow. Supplier is not helpful in answering questions and providing service. I would adivve not to use this for home-assistant / zigbee2mqtt.
